Description
This was originally a commission that went unpaid and unfinished, but I liked the basic body so much that I decided to salvage it. The legs were pretty thick in comparison to the rest of the body, so my options came down to either Nicki Minaj or The Flash. I chose to draw the one with the least outlandish outfit 
I'm imagining that this is Wally West as The Flash, so I took a few cues from my beloved Young Justice toon's Kid Flash. Lately, I've been completely obsessed with Injustce: Gods Among Us, so you'll probably notice a few nods to that version as well.
